MAKING ROOM: A BRIEF EXAMINATION
OF THE WAYS FOOD SHAPES SPACE AT NOMA
dis copenhagen anthropology of food
spring 2018
At the end of the semester, instead of writing a final paper I created an accordion-style zine exploring the ways spaces are constructed around food and the ways food is made to fit within interior spaces. Using a brief visit to Noma as a case study, the zine reflects on the intersections of art, craft, and food as exemplified in one of the world's most dynamic restaurant spaces.
